Nic is a mission-driven leader with over two decades of experience in military, finance, and community service, dedicated to making a meaningful impact through his work. A retired Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army, Nic led and mentored over a thousand soldiers in his 20+ year career, training them to reach their potential as leaders and team members. Throughout his military career, Nic honed skills in operational strategy, organization, and people development, eventually earning multiple commendations for excellence in leadership, including top honors as the Michigan Recruit Sustainment Program Cadre Member of the Year. He also served abroad, contributing to critical rebuilding efforts in Iraq by engaging with local leaders to restore essential public services.

In the finance industry, Nic began in retail banking and quickly advanced to wealth management, where he worked with high-net-worth clients and streamlined operational processes. His attention to detail and proactive approach in identifying technical challenges at Morgan Stanley led to significant improvements, earning him recognition as a problem-solver within the firm. Nic is now part of the Integrity Wealth Management team, where he helps manage 401(k) and retirement savings assets and plan participant support, further extending his commitment to financial growth and stewardship. He holds the Series 6 and 63 securities licenses and the 401(k) Rollover Specialist: (k)RS designation.

Nic’s passion for continuous learning and technology is evident through his ongoing work in beta testing software for Microsoft, Apple, and other tech leaders, ensuring products meet user needs and quality standards. A dedicated volunteer, he has been deeply involved with the YMCA for fifteen years, serving in various roles from program director to instructor and facilities volunteer. When he’s not working or volunteering, Nic enjoys hiking, exploring Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, and staying engaged with tech trends, audiobooks, and veteran-focused causes.
